Presbytery of Baltimore stretches from the mountains of western Maryland to the Chesapeake Bay and includes nine counties -- Allegheny, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard, and Washington.  Within the Presbytery there are 74 church congregations with a combined membership of 19,700.  The Presbytery office is located at 5400 Loch Raven Blvd.. Spring 2011 Gathering

Saturday, May 21st is the date set for the Spring 2011 Gathering of Presbyterian Men in the Baltimore Presbytery.  Location is the Churchville Presbyterian Church, 2844 Churchville Road, Churchvill, MD 21028.

The theme for the event is "Are We Listening?" with Hebrews 5:7-6:12 as the Scripture base.  The Rev. Lloyd Umbarger, Parish Associate, Christ Our King Presbyterian Church, Bel Air, MD, will be the feature speaker. The event starts with a Communion breakfast at 8:30 am and concludes with lunch at 2:00 pm.  Fellowing the speaker, there will be small group discussions, a worship summary and a Songfest. 

Registration is $20.00, which includes meals, and opens at 7:30 am on the date of the event. The Presbyterian Women will provide both breakfast and lunch.  Churchville PC is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of MD Route 22 and 136, approximately 5 miles west of Exit 85 on Interstate 95 north of Baltimore.  The parking lot entrance is on RT 22, and the entrnce to the Fellowship Hall is off the parking lot.  If you ned overnight accomodations, there ware a number of motels in Aberdeen, MD, at Exit 85.
