Abington Presbytery has 55 churches with a total of 4,536 members, and 48 miniters, working together in 13 counties in southwestern Virgina.  The Presbytery office is located at 890 W. Spiller Street, Wytheville, VA 24382.

Their mission is to give support to the churches and their leaders; providing up-to-date information and materials on mission opportunies, evangelism, poreacemaking, hunger issues, leadership development and other means to enchance our relationship with God. Many of our congregations are under 100 members.  Being one of the smaller presbyteries is one of our many assets.  Because of our size, culture and friendly nature, we enjoy a close neighborly first-name warmth as we share the love of Jesus Christ.
